There's gotta be a few because alot of programs use mail traffic. Fill me in, guys.

Well lots of mailers mail CCbill programs so I don't thin kthere is a big problem with that

running your own mailing list and doing mailouts without using the linking code of the processor is acceptable from near all processors.

I'd be very carefull with any of the big ones ccbill, paycom and ibill.

Most processors I know have no problems with double opt-in list mailings. It's the email harvesting lists which are gonna cause you problems.

i dont think any of them have problems with mail traffic.

As long as good money comes in nobody will really care even if they say so.The processor is always the last one who gets into any troubles.
