damn frog, those are some nasty looking flowers. Even you wouldn't send crap on purpose as an apology. Not sure what happened but I would assume the flower shop had those premade several days ago and when you ordered they just shipped them out. I hear that when people order from outside of the city florists often send shit because the sender is not likely to find out about it. This has happened to me several times in the past where I spent a small fortune to send something perfect and the people ended up getting garbage.

It looks like it's waiting to get it in the ass.
