My life insurance company tested me for AIDS and hepatitis. It was negative. My penis is in good shape but those hours before you get your results are nerve racking!

Congrats. Porn models should all wear condoms.

I have never had an official HIV test.
I did donate blood for red cross though, and they probably did all sorts of test to it, and I didn't receive a phonecall with nasty news. :)

My asian gf gave me hepatitis... it went away but they say it's dormant in your blood, so no more donating!

My doctor's office only calls if there are results they need to talk with you about further. They told me if I didn't hear back in 3 days, all is fine.

That was the longest 3 days of my entire life, hands down.

About 15 years ago, this girl called me and told me she, "Needed to talk."

Being the panicky kind of guy that I am, I told her, fuck the waiting, tell me what it is.

She told me that I needed to go to the doctor right away.

In my best George Costanza, I was like, "What is it? Is it AIDS?"

She said "No, I have chlamydia".

I laughed, went to the doctor and got my meds. Oh, and had an AIDS test returned negative.

It was certainly a wakeup call for us both though, very nerve-wracking.

So we decided to get married.

yea I could only imagine having to take that test as often as they do.. I guess after a few times you would get used to it, but still must drive them nuts.

most of the girls I know don't even think about it

they get tested and don't even check the results til they need them for the next scene.....when you do it like clockwork every 30 days it takes the scare factor out of it, and makes it just a routine

:1orglaugh That's how my first AIDS test went. They direct me to a room and leave me in there for about 30 minutes. The whole time I'm thinking "Oh fuck, they're assembling the support team" figuring it would be easy to just pop in and say "negative" so something must be up. When that bitch came in and said "oh, by the way, you're negative" I didn't know whether to cry with relief or punch her out for doing that to me. Worst half hour of my life.

ya. ron jeremy said the same thing.. that when he retires the thing he is going to enjoy the most is not having to wait every month for those test results

The issue was brought up in Ron Jeremy's docu-drama 'PornStar".

He apparently hates the 30 minute wait every month that performers endure.

I know that I was pretty nervous when I took my test in order to secure my US papers. They don't tell you the results, but they let me stay in the country, so it must have been all good.
