Eddie . . . Check the sponsors identified with the big green G (they only offer/promote Gay sites) in our Gay Income/Sponsors Directory. Some others (owned and operated as $$ efforts by str8 sponsors) may convert well at first -- but they don't have the retention of a site done by someone who wants to service the Gay market vs just make money off it.

You should check out StudMoney. They have several great gay niche sites to promote. Their popular site, DILF.com, is definately not a cookie cutter site - loads of original content. ;)
