ok i have started a new site and was woundering what i would need to do to get it to start converting?

maybe some of you pros can fill me in.

You gotta have an original idea to get anywhere nowadays.

Find a Niche that not many people are doing, make some free sites and galleries and promote the fuck out of them. Should make some coin that way.
