Quick Job for a technican - setup Movabletype on my webserver.
 

This should be a fast job for everybody who is used to Moveable Type and / or to the installation of PHP/MySQL and CGI based scripts before.

I need a full setup on my webserver including the two additions Markdown and SmartyPants from http://daringfireball.net/projects if possible.

I will provide you with all FTP and database information, it would be great, if this job could be completed today.

I have no idea how many work is invloved in that job. If you know what aou are doing it's maybe a 30 minutes issue?

Moveable type is not for free for commercial use in any way, they'll try to bust your ass for doing that.Better pay or get wordpress/whatever. :2 cents:

With just a straight install, no customization, $50 would work.

Have you already registered for the free version and downloaded the package?

Have you confirmed your host meets the system requirements?

Nah just wanted to tell you that.For commercial use it's not a smart move, rather use wordpress which is completly free.No clue what other popular blogging scripts are out there atm.I don't use any cause they are too bulky/insecure/slow.
