Don't think I've actually had Vicodin. They always give me the generic, hydrocodone or something like that.

But did it have that marking on it?

when I did a search on M357 and pills, it popped up hydrocodone everywhere, so I would say yes.

Mine say 35|92 on one side and have a fancy V on the other. I'm sure they vary depending on the maker.

mine say M360 and my darvacets say A256

M357 are generic Lortabs and yes they do have hydrocodine.
And MADTHUMBS, I'm guessing what you found that had OC on one side and 80 on the other was a little green pill called "OxyContin" a very very powerful pain killer.
