Yeah, 6mo net is typically the accepted figure. BUT, with the current state of rebills, I would say 3-4 would be a better figure. So, a whopping $200 - $250 total. :(

Since we're not talking much current income I probably wouldn't ask more than a little over what I would have charged someone to design it for them in the first place. Depends on the potential of the site if someone hit it with a bit of traffic.

So true. I see idiots yammering on about their "formulas" for determining the value of a site. What it boils down to is what someone is willing to pay and what you are willing to let it go for. If both conditions are satisfied...the site is sold and everyone is happy.
