Not really, from what I understood, he was speaking about the black vote.... Mind you im not black... but he was saying bush delivers to black people... where democrats just promise... personally i think this applies to more then just black people... it applies to terrorist, americans, peaceful people etc.... But he was saying Martin Luther King told him politicians will use black people as just votes... But, Don King was saying Bush actually, empowers blacks economically, and politically...
