Is it better to buy a home ? how much should you tip the real estate agent?

Fuck tipping a real estate agent, push them all the way over...

They make their commission whenthe house sells... THe sellers agetn and buyers agent split the commission..

My agent sent me a check after I closed on my last house as a "gift". No need to tip them they will get there cut one way or another. If they are acting as the buying and selling agent you can ask for a cut in there commission right up front.

Off course it's better to buy ... in 2 years I wanna have my own blocks . When they are paid off it'S total stability

Buying a house is like willingly getting a ball and chain attached to your leg.

The realtor is the one that makes out.. if they're any good they'll actually get you something.

Forget the middle man, head straight to the owner/builder. :D

If you are renting you are throwing your money away for nothing. Take the plunge and buy a house, and build some equity with the money it costs you to live. :2 cents:

he has to split all profits with the broker, unless its pre-arranged

give him a prepaid gas card or something.
