After reading many threads about the party in Florida, and the new colossal fuck up rapidly approaching in Vegas and just by watching the way other businesses handle important marketing ventures I've come to the conclusion that 99.9% of adult events are about as professional as a talent show ran by Alfalfa and Spanky.

Actually it's more about 99.9 % of pretty much every events except really big festivals wich have governemental founds

A big even need somebody working on it fulltime for MONTHS for it work proprely . Everything needs to be planned

start shit with someone on the boards...meet them at a bar and they will often buy you a beer....
