yea saw a program one time about that place, I think it's here in FL.. it's some private housing development that everyone owns a plane and has a built in community airport and so on. Instead of parking their RV's at their house they park planes.

He lives down the road from my house in Florida. Nice area, but you need your own runway if you plan on travelling to anywhere quickly.

Takes 2 hours to get to MCO or 2 hours to TPA.
