id say buying a domain JUST because it has PR is pretty stupid, PR can be scammed pretty easily.

thing is, if you find a site with a true PR6 then chances are it has a good amoutn of content and a strong name going with it, not to mention it has been around for a while .... you will pay big for this site.

ok lets say i have a nest of 600 sites all linked up and getting great PR.

now you want to buy a PR6 from me that i have not really put to use yet, no content or traffic to speak of.

After the sale, am i going to continue to link to you from my 599 other sites in my nest?

without the interlinking, the said site would be dead in the water.

if you plan on removing your links, i would pay maybe $50 only in hopes it gets trickle traffic before google realizes its on its own now and strips it of placement and PR.

A good REAL pr sites can be sold for a lot since it makes couple hundreads a month just by selling links even thougth there isn't much traffic going on there

If you are creative you can get yourself a bunch of inbound pr6 links without any recips and be there no problem...
