In the signup form, there's no option for $1000 payout minimum, while this minimum is required for wire payouts. Please fix this.

And GFY, FYI, there's no contact information on their site. It would be wicked if that could be adjusted as well.

I know these guys have a name and I love their sites, but isn't it kind of ridiculous to rely on a company that doesn't even publish contact information?

Who do I contact if I have a problem or question?
We have been providing service and paying webmasters for over 4 years. We are readily available by phone Monday-Friday, and we are always available on ICQ and Email.

that's on the site ... but I see no contact . Probably once y ou joined or somethign

Convenient way to not pay I guess. That's a first. "Uh you have US in the address field and that's where we sent the checks..."

On top of that they added 2 non-creditred consoles. To links that we were able to (and I did) set to "console-free".

Good luck with this program. I was even willing to eat their tgp console because I have traffic looking for their sites. But not anymore. Not being able to get the check is kinda pointless I guess

They are clearly looking to collect what is out there and then close shop or whatever they are trying to do here

I have even posted on the board asking you to contact me, and nothing.. So dont try and say we arent here to help you. If you sent me an email, I would of recieved it and got back to you.

Anyway, since you are here, simply answer these questions here in this thread. Judging by the "Oxcash problem" posts of the past weeks, I am not the only one with these problems:

1) What is the actual, offical site for webmasters to login and change their account info: oxcash.com, oxcash2.com, or another URL. If another URL, which one?

2) How can the value in the country field on the webmaster account info page be changed back from "US" to the actual, correct country? Your current script claims to do the changes but always leaves it at US. See my descriptions earlier in this thread about how I tried to change the info and how it never worked. I use about 10 programs using the same affiliate script as Oxcash, and changing the account info works with ALL other sponsors, and Oxcash is the only sponsor where it does NOT work.

3) Same as 2) for minimum check amount. Always stays at $50 and cannot be changed.

Also, you need to use oxcash.com to change your info.. We are working with the people who wrote the script as some countries do not exist in our list, If it cannot find your country it defaults to United States, this will be fixed tommorow.

ok thx, but then why do you say so in your signup page? The european world has abandoned checks long ago, since they belong in the stone age. Wires should be a standard service.

I'm curious about the changing country problem too. I've an account but haven't even considered starting to push them since that happened. Should be simple to fix but hasn't been done.

Didn't even know about OXCash a few moths ago, I ever logged in through bangbrosonline since I'm there, never had any problems.

They only changed bbonline a few months ago to a webmaster and surfer page, kinda confusing...
