ever crashed on your bike before? if so, what was the highest speed at when crashing? just wondering,I'm scared of riding bikes

i got cut off doing 30 mph once. it was fucked up. i did a few 360s on the pavement broke my ankle in a few places, and had roadrash up my left leg.

i always wear my gear so thats what saved me from getting real fucked up.

i have that bike in blue without the fairing.. love riding it man... rides wheelies like crazy

at first i was pissed that they never made the full fairing in red for my bike,but over the last year or so i fell in love with my bike all over again when i realized that no one really has my bike on the road. i've been to dozens of meets and i turn more heads with my bike than the GSXers do...lol

amen bro, tell me about it. i aint much into wheelies, but i dip my bike every chance i get. theres nothing like taking a 100mph sweeping s-turn.

I've crashed a number of times. Doesn't really matter if you on a bike or a car, you still get hurt - although of course the risks are much greater on a bike.

When I was in high school we used to ride trikes. If I had a dollar for every time I was through off a trike I'd be able to retire now.

The worst was when I came around a blind curve and an uncoming car was in my lane. I put the bike down and slide about 200 feet. I was wearing a helmet, jeans, and a big winter jacket. The key chain in my pocket was destroyed as was the keys, but I came out of it with just a few cuts and bruises. The bike lived too.

i used to ride my bros R1, i didnt like it. i love riding for hours at a time, and the seat and riding position on an R1 just isnt made for comfort, lol


on the other hand, i have my eye on the Busa:Graucho

dude i hate hearing stories of people going down on bikes. like they say sooner or later you're bound to go down.

just have to hope that when you go down that its not gonna be that bad

For some reason I found myself at the Honda dealer the other day,,,I love the RR with the tail pipe tucked under the seat.:winkwink:

My friend just got a ducatii monster,,,he stoped by the other day and let me ride it,,,,I think I'm getting that ich again and I gotta scratch it.:thumbsup

I wrote off my SV650s.

Not my fault luckily so I didn't lose too much cash on it.

While not the fastest bike out there... I still wouldn't expect even a real AC Cobra to be able to keep up with you though.

I was 18 years old and had GSXR 750 with V&H pipes and all.
Going on the freeway doing about 80 and then I saw....
One of those fuckers pulled right next to me.
An old man was driving it with a funky smile on his face.
So I pushed it and passed him. At this point I am doing about 110 or so.
Then fucker pulls right next to me and smiles at me again.
So I went at it leaving him behind. Fucker pulled right next to me again smiled and then waved at me and this time he just dusted me, while my bike is redlining and running our of power.

That is when I found out about the legend of the REAL COBRA
