When you download some new software you have never used, Do you read the readme?

Not once. I typically don't read users manuals of things either.

I don't learn things by reading, I learn by doing.

Based on my experience writing software for
webmasters, I think the last webmaser who
read the instructions was Remi, in 1998.
I sold one piece of software to several hundred
webmasters over the course of several years
before one finally asked"where are te instructions?",
so that's when I wrote the instructions.
