Could be decent if developed, you've got some options on what type of site you could do. You could do a mainstream perfume/lotion site or cater it to the micro adult niche of those who get off to the smell of others. Hell you could sell worn panties on the site and probably do ok. Just buy a couple hundred pairs of panties from the second hand store and pay some chick fifty bucks to rub them all over her wet pussy. Then post pics of lots of hot models on your site with a "buy her panties now" button under each of them.
