I have a growing memberbase on my site and I COULD choose to make my own script to email them through php mail, but to my understanding, sometimes it doesn't get through to all email addys???

If this is the case, I need a solution that'll get through to all emails. Preferably something that is easy to customize with a mysql db of emails.
