we use jettis..
however jettis join pages are working fine... But i'm not sure if processing works, coz if jettis is now with epoch then maybe they later connect to epoch and if it is down = no signs ups too...

anyone knows anything about that?

I think they have been up and down and slow since about 1:30 am PST. We switched over our back up processor to primary as well around then.

Cascading Billing A Better Way?

Good idea, but does not work all that well,
now what would work is when the
script notices a high rate of declines or that a biller is offline then it bumps that processor down and moves another in it's place.

Now that would be a real cascading billing system.
