She was in a car with her boyfriend and some kid, and was believed to have drank a bit.

The crash killed her boyfriend and the kid, and left her with a broken arm and back.

Killing anyone is sad. But that article says she lost control of the vehicle. If that is it, then she doesn not deserve anything but drivers school.

She only received 90 days because she is a semi-celebrity, white, female, and comes from a respectable family . Plus the court was lenient because she lost a loved one and is perceived as remorseful.
