How often do you change your glasses/contact prescription?
 

Staring at a computer 12-15 hours a day can not be good on the eyes. I think I need a new prescription, got my last one about a year ago.

Blah.

12-15 hours behind the screen??? you shood go out more!:helpme

I only get new ones when I loose one of my contacts.

Every month . My vision have been stable for a good 3 years now thought

Dctors reccomend you have your eyes tested once every 6 months if you work behind a computer.

My eyes have stopped getting worse though thankfully.

I got every year, sometimes sooner depending on how my eyes "feel".

I got a prescription in like November 2002 but made the glasses just on April 2003. In July 2003 I was reproved on the vision test when I was trying to get a driver's license. :(

I thought I could see everything fine since my glasses were new, but it changed pretty fast. So in August or September I got a new prescription and glasses... but didn't come back to the test yet.

Please someone post on this thread. I don't like to be the last one to post... it's like I killed the thread :(

I did it 2 times in 3 years ... but it's still stable

it's been a very long time. i know i need a stronger one, but haven't got around to it.

I need to do mine. been about 2 years

I wear contact lenses and get a new prescription every year. But sometimes I get lazy so I don't get a new one for like a year and a few months...
