WTF Are these?!?!? (PICS!!)

I was adding zip ties to the cables behind my computers to make things neater back there, and on the ground, near where the carpet meets the wall I see this tiny little black dot. I went for a closer look and I found out it was a bug. Then I noticed more, and more. I have about 10 - 15 of these things in a zip loc bag..

WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY???

Thats really nasty. They look like something that you will find around a lot of garbage. You might have had a lot of junk around your carpet.

Yep, the Truth Hurts.

So basically they are lady bug larva (well, a type of lady bug... not a pretty one, but the same family). I can deal with that. They feed on dead organic material. And from what I know about dust is that it's mostly human skin (the Truth Hurts, may be able to confirm that) so if that's true, all the dust that has collected there was feeding them.

Time to get a new vacuum cleaner I suppose. One that gets into crevices.
