You can do basic rotoscoping with premiere and photoshop. You can find tons of tutorials on it by searching for 'premiere rotoscope laser'.

What were you thinking of doing?

Rotoscoping....... OUCH. Be prepared for 2 hours work to edit 15 seconds of film. You better off reshooting.

I'm not sure of an easier way to do it but what I basically do is Export a clip as a Filmstrip (.flm) and then open it up in Photoshop. Hope you have alot of RAM....your gonna need it.:2 cents:
