That happened to one of my wife's relatives... The dumbass was drunk and sprawled himself out on the hood of his (also drunk) buddy's car. Wound up with SEVERE road rash from head to foot; bandages, surgery, had to stay off his feet for weeks.

First of all he could have killed someone probally a child. If that was my kid he killed he'd be dead before the cops got there. Secondly how much tax $ had to be spent reapairing that pole and fire hydrant? I swear sometimes it should be legal to beat someone's brains in with a baseball bat.
