Ok now i suppose this as been discussed but I am a bit slow... Got a new laptop and been surfing and managed to get some lovely spyware on my computer..

So I type in www.mensniche.com and when I do popups for other pill companies come up.. Now surely this isn't right.

Its like the thing with overture when Viagra demanded they was no1 as its a trademark... what do u guys think?

i think you aanswered your own question, you should trademark mensniche, gives you a lot more power when it comes to fighting things like that.

you just awoke to the scourge of spyware? i hope they all die painful slow deaths, it should be a serious crime and there is legislation coming but as of now it's not a crime. but civil litigation - woohoooo - that is a bonanza some smart lawyers are gonna jump on and reap hundreds of millions.

spyware cost me my main computer for 3 days, a ton of aggravation and a 300 dollar repair bill. i'm still getting the shit and it's not just coming in through IE - i think ICQ Lite is full of holes to be exploited.

im guessing the spyware probably gives you popups according to what keywords the webpage has.
