2257 notice for sponsor ads / free content
 

Lets say I have a free site or TGP and I have a sponsor's free pics or even their FPA or banner showing nudity/hardcore.

Do I have to list a 2257 notice at the bottom of my page? When sponsors provide free content and advertising banners, they do not provide related 2257 info for the affiliate WM to post for that free content. How are you guys handling this ?

hire, or consult, your lawyer...he will point you in the right direction

Thats the only way as of now until some cases show up and they come to a conclusion.

If the new proposed 2257 changes are passed... you would have to keep complete 2257 records... But, for sure consult a good lawyer after the new regs are passed.
