Anyone got the inside line on this?
Looking at buying a multi-unit property in the downtownish/chinatown/near south side/south loop/bridgeport/fuller park/etc. areas.. Southernish "downtown" area.
If that is out of budget, looking for comfortable 3BR house/condo..
Any ideas out there? Don't know the area well, and not used to this insane fucking pricing.
