What happened to iVolt.com, the Maxim/Playboy online magazine?

What happened to iVolt.com, the Maxim/Playboy online magazine? They came out a couple of years ago, threw huge celebrity packed parties in LA, said they would overthrow Playboy...

Their site is a 404...did they go out of business this soon???
