Try a picture that's in colour, without the scruff, without the wife beater shirt and bulging muscles, and look straight onto the camera... though you certainly have got the sexy / rough look going in that pic. :)

Current webcam pic (very crappy quality) is 8.8 though it flucuates between 8.8 and 9.4 - I'm sure Hotornot tweaks their algorithm to try to eliminate averages / people who rate only 10s and 1s etc..
