I take a huge shit and then weigh myself and don't lose any weight. Whats up with that? Do i need a postal scale? or is it a bizarre mystery of life?

When you are concerned with body fat, you are disturbed when you don't lose an ounce when you take a shit. I have a digital scale.

Normal size is 6 - 8 inches and doesn't float. Huge dump to me is 4-6 of those.
If i know what one weighs, then i can guestimate how much weight is lost. Pending a more accurate scale of course.

Somewhat true. Low fiber is the reason for about 90% of no floaters. But you can consume enough fiber for a healthy stool and yet have a higher protein ratio that does not allow for floater status.
