i don't think I have ordered pizza from a big company using the phone in almost 3 years...

yeah have been doing this for years ! great thing is where I order you get a discount if they don't deliver within 30 minutes, and if I order online they are always late ! because of how there system works ;) ok I have to wait a bit longer but I like payin less :)

Papajohns fucked up my online order. I ordered a small pizza and breadsticks. The fucker brings by two orders of breadsticks, they even have the wrong fucking address on the box, its someone else's order, then asks if I want him to go back and get my pizza...so 2.5 hours after I ordered, I finally get my pizza.

Actually it's a pretty smart business move for delivery businesses. It saves the time a phone person would need to take the order and it gets orders from people still on dialup who are too tied up with what they're doing to disconnect and call or they have a phone hog in the house.

i still dont order pizzas online. besides around here little caesars large hot and readys are only $5 so you dont even need to order.
