there has to be programs out there easier than PS/IR :thumbsup

um, Imageready is pretty easy, IMO. If you're looking for something really simple, try Microsoft Gif Animator. Not too bad for a free program.

Yeah, IR is easy,. but I was looking for something that maybe had built-in effects, etc...
I dont know if it exists or not, but it sure would make my life easier :thumbsup
