GOt a great concept for a video game, would like to know if any one knows a programmer developer... Don't know shit about that stuff... Still got my Atari 2600 though, and my pong!

You mean a modder? or someone who develops a game from the ground up (impossible unless you wanna invest in a game engines which cost 100's of K's)
