2257 What are the major changes to worry about?
 

I'm a content provider, got 13 page model release forms, with pic ID's, all gov't issued ID's, and video taped testimonials all filed away nice and pretty like, been doing that for years... Just don't have a grasp on the major worry here.

The MAJORY worry is in that of affiliates. Secondary producers are all of a sudden required to have the records on hand as well. The impact could range from minor, to a bit extreme.

Thanks man, I got my ducks in order, and my 6 covered... I have all originals, webmasters have the copies.. Still I'm seeking legal advice either way. Rather pay a lawyer than bail...

There is more than just that. Rather than give you a limited response, I suggest going to avnonline and take a look at their primer.

I suggest thumbing your noise at the gov't since they don't have any extra enforcement agents to respond to it..
