so i have this person rebilling 21 times
 

Was just checking some rebills i get for several ccbill programs.

One guy rebilled 21 times, another guy like 15 times.

Do i need to feel bad about this? Very big chance he does not visit the site anymore. What could cause this? People must notice their receipts right?

Maybe its some poor old man who sees he gets charged every month and dont know for what and hes afraid to call Mastercard because he knows it might be adult related and is ashamed....you know.

Maybe he's happy buying porn and eating cat food instead of real food.

Or he loves the site and keeps wanting to return. I've let my cards be billed for more than a year now to 2 different sites I enjoy.

I have people rebilling for 2-3 years. Why would I feel bad about it? They're satisfied customers.

1 site i would say its possible, quite a good site but the other, no. Nobody rebills 15 times for that site on purpose.

If its been rebilling this long chances are the person isn't missing the money or they'd be straight on it. How hard is it to hit the cancel button.

I have 3 rebills dated back to early 2001, signed up same date(!) from my first promotion website, in total 48,85 dollars.
I contacted the billing company last year, they checked it out, and nothing was wrong.

Battus I have a number of members that have been rebilling for over 2 years now and they are active on the message board so I know they visit all the time. In fact when it is their birthdays they let us know and we shoot a set of pics and a video to their specs just for them.

If it worries you why don't you check your log file to see if the username logs in at all?

I've got 9 members on my site who've been rebilling since early 1999. Made over $10k off them so far. One of the reasons why when I signup for other peoples programs I always pick recurring instead of PPS.

Yeah we have people who have been members for 2 years, and to check our system, they are logging in, so it is all good. What I find funny are the people that just noticed they were being billed after a year and they want a full refund, LOL.

Any good program has members that have been there since it started. Cum On Her Face has hundreds of members that has been there for 4+ years. It all about good content and updates. Many of our big affiliates tell us they are amazed on some of the rebills they are still getting from sales years ago. So if you have great content and they are rebiling but they aren't active then it's their fault for not checking out what your offering. :2 cents:
