i forgot i had a friend that works at the #'s cell phone provider :)

Options:

1. Hire a private investigator.
2. If you know the cell company, find someone who works for them and bribe them.
3. Get a part time telesales or customer service job working for the cell company.

I used to be a private investigator - the firm I worked for had contacts at every UK telecoms company. Usual fee for a name and address was £10 (approx $18).

If you already have thier number, just call them up and ask questions.

Call em up and feed em a line of BS and get them to fill out a "survey".

I think he might be wanting to do this the sligh way. lol
