quick question about 3rd party billers?
 

Have checked CCBill's website and can't find the answer to the question.. it sounds like a 'yes' but they don't explicitly come out and say it.

Do the majority of 3rd party billers allow the program/site owners the option to contact members directly either through email or regular post? Or is it the responsibility of the site owners themselves to mine this contact info via the sign-up process and communication within the members area of the actual site?
