Ibill EU Refunds?
Anyone else seeing a large number of refunds again today? Both today and last Wednesday we had a record number of refunds we were told were due to a processing gap.
Anyone get any answers yet? |

Yes, same here. See the thread, I think this is the cause : http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...hreadid=344196 |
I think it's a different problem. The users that are refunded are still active and have erroneous CMI data. Between today and the 19th it represents about $1k for us so far.
A word from Ibill that they are on top of this would be good. I think it is only EU clients so a lot of guys are not seeing it. |
Last week there was a failed authorization attempt by our EU processor. This resulted in you seeing refunds for some rebill transactions that occurred between August 10th and 17th under the amount of $10. Even though they appear as refunded in CMI, end users were actually not charged. We are in the process of working with our processor to resubmit those transactions affected.
Overnight, we experienced an issue with our cancellation application, some cancel requests were not processed in a timely manner over the weekend. Please be assured that this issue has been resolved going forward. We have identified the rebill charges that should not have occurred. Refunds are beingsubmitted for those affected. No problem Shoplifter, you are welcome.
Just to give you an update, we have successfully retried all of the subscriptions affected between 8/10 and 8/17. Clients will be able to see the retries in CMI today. Additionally the next rebill date has been updated. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitiate to get in touch with me. |
