    why am i still getting bankcruptcy letters from globill?

    ive gotten one riday, saturday, and now monday.

          i dont know all the details.

          they went down and from these letters looks like they are still in court over this.

          looks like someone is sueing them over something, no clue you know how legal documents read.

              Does that mean that webmasters that have cash tight up with them still have a chance of getting it?

              I'm asking cause I believe I read a few months back that they could kiss it goodbye.

              But if they are still in court that should mean it's undecided yet?

                  They ask you to reply I think, but I just throw mine away. Do you reply? I took the settlement a long time ago where they paid me a small percentage of what they owed me.

                              no i do not reply, i throw the last few away.

                              they owd me a few hundred bucks, i kissed it goodbye long ago.

                                  Seems 1 part of the company or person who used to be involved is filing for bankruptcy while the current owners or at least those in charge when globill went belly up are fighting against this.

                                  Their is alot more to this whole mess but wont post details here yet.
