2257 does not go in effect tomorrow. The ammendments haven't been decided on as to what will be added and what will not be added.
When the decision is made, sites will have 30 days to comply. |

tomorrow is deadline for commenting...then they read comments, and the earliest possible date to go into effect is sept 24th

Wrong - the comment period ends tomorrow. The DOJ will review the comments - then it will be 30 days from whenever the new 2257 regs are published in the Federal Register.
