Not to brake anyones heart, but the right to spam was upheld recently. You should know that CD Smith since you run anti-censorship site. And preventing spam is against speech. And it was upheld by the supreme court of washington, none the less.

Equating anti-spam with censorship is stupid. I could really care less about some decision in a foreign court either.

The thing that I DO know about spam is this; the only people that enjoy spam are the fucking idiot spammers themselves. Making spam legal does nothing except piss people off and it also clogs the internet. Imagine if 50 million people were to send out a million spam emails each, every hour of every day?

the stupid thing about that email is that he has a yahoo account to reply to it,,Yahoo deletes accounts for spamming anyways,,so he would never get that email,,LOL

I think your the one reacting violently and uncivilised. That's how weaker minds react when faced with facts they cannot counter. Now if this is how you see speech, only when it server your agenda, I think it's shows the type of double face person you are.

I think you should look the way you make your arguments before you call me stupid. I think if you would pay more attention to what I wrote, then your actual cruasade at distorting what I said to try to score pr points at showing how bad spam is and how evil it is, you would notice that I quoted part of the judgement.

Okay, first off, I didn't call you stupid, I called the act of equating anti-spam with censorship stupid. Big difference. I'm quite sure you're not even close to being stupid my friend, you have some pretty good arguments on these boards (usually).

I hope you aren't too miffed about what I said, I realize that sometimes my points get clouded in my passion, but I am 100% confident that most people will side with my argument that spam is....... wrong. As in everything in life, "FINESSE" is the best way to win in business, and spam leaves little room for it.
