You get so little real estate for the price you pay on Balboa Island.

Way overpriced and you get stuck with tourists and lookee loo's walking by and looking in your windows.

Buddy Ebsen from the Beverly Hillbillies lived there and used to come out and greet people.

John Wayne had a house on that private island there.

Yeah, Newport and Balboa is where all the rich white people live, homes are over a million there on the beach! That's them "rich"

Enjoy Balboa, my favorite beach to go to is over there right at the penninsula, hardly anyone ever there, and the beach is beautiful.

Edit: Get a beach burger at Ruby's for me...god I miss those.

fuck socal....the only good thing that comes out of there is the companies that are there and send me affiliate checks and fatburger.....that place needs the big one to hit and just slide the whole state in the ocean and get it over with.....

edit: i would not even care if some of those affiliate checks stopped coming, as long as california was under the ocean
