Domain - Please someone logically explain to me.
 

This came up in another thread, I am just very curious now.

What a total waste of a domain name. The overture results for just the word prada are mind blowing. I am sure it is registered to the company and all, but damn! do they like just throwing away money?

Anyone care to give me a logical reason?
Alexa is down for me, any traffic numbers besides what overture suggests for search terms.

I am sure they might get legal heat from "prada" if they havent yet and such if they decide to do something not associated with prada.

if it is owned by the company then i would say it might have something to do with a distributors agreement.

otherwise i would say the company doesnt own it and someone is just protecting themselves till they can get rid of it.

Average markup: 50% or 50.00 PPS.

if you spend some time on overture just typing in random adult-related keywords, you will be surprised at what comes up here and there.

i think something like "porn online stars diary" (or something to that effect....) came up when i searched for a specific keyword. its fucked up what people are searching for these days lol :glugglug

Seriously if the legalities were ok with the trademark owner, I would rather take the non adult one. Porn is and probablly would be more money. Just less hassles with other.
