I need HELP w/ Cleaner 5
 

yea, yea I got thte old version...

anyways everytime I start the prog I get this error message:

'Unable to open batch file.'

The the prog starts but I can't import any movies that need to be encoded, so basically it's useless.

I tried un-installing and re-installing to no avail...

Help...
