Give them good content ... but not too good .

Only send your sponsor traffic to sponsors with great member aera .

Treat the surfer right, offer a good product and they'll come back and be loyal to you.

Be fair to the surfer but dont give everything away.

It's a symbiotic relationship if you do it right. They need me for my unique content, and I need them for the money to keep producing my content. I respect them and they respect me. It all works out. :)

If you are a freesite/tgp gallery person, the surfer is your commodity, not your customer. The sponsor is your customer.

A surfer isn't a customer until they've bought from you.
