Python Video (Dollar Machine) and all its aliases http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso/listin...Dynamic%20Pipe is probably the worst EMAIL abuser of ALL porn sponsors and of course is based in Canada. It is also a major advertiser on GFY. Webfinity/DynamicPipe/Python has found a friend in the USA. The Scumbags at WebAir(SPAMAIR) are currently hosting part of their operation http://www.spamhaus.org/SBL/listings...isp=webair.com In short, its hard to pick on the Canadians when more SPAM comes out of the USA. THe USA is rated #1 while Canada is a distant #5..... http://www.spamhaus.org/ |

Unlike the US, there has been no high profile case involving AOL in Canada. I believe that there has been some American company that made an attempt to sue some Toronto based spamming group. I forgot the details but I don't think it went too far. That being said, there are no specific laws against spamming in Canada. So even if AOL, MSN or Earthlink where to sue, for lack of a better term, they wouldn't have a leg to stand on. They could try to extradite someone to the US but that would make it cost prohibitive for them. |
Other than hacking laws there are none relating to the Internet in CA. The only other computer related offence is a Blue Boxing law from the 1970's.
