trade links with other sites, also make a blog and start writing current events in it everyday. or links to current story. you'll get a lot of SE traffic from this.

I get 90+% of my traffic to my mainstream sites from search engines or from free links people put up to me.

Its pretty wide open.. mainstream is like 3-5 years behind us.

So can I get a list of most commonly searched terms and make bullshit sites about bitney spears, michael jackson, and kobe bryant? lol. I'll do it for traffic!

You can do something like that.. I try to build sites with a lot of actual content myself.

Like.. I'll make a big fucking site about butterflies or something. Some galleries.. a bunch of text for search engines about butterflies, and in a few months when the traffic is flowing I'll add a bunch of sponsor links.

I also make a note whenever I search for something online myself.. and I later refer back to that list for ideas of sites I can make.
