What is the best program to use to capture video for web clips....
 

So as I understand it, I want 1 min = 10megs and it is best to be done when capturing. I currently use Adobe Premiere Pro, Pinnacle, Nero, and a few others. I am using original footage from mini dv tapes. Which is the best for this and are there other "compressing" programs to use for further shrinking????
