what if you have a site that is strictly nothing but text links that goto hosted sponsor's galleries? if no images are on your actual site then you wouldnt have to worry about any of those regulations, only the companies hosting the galleries would correct? or how would that work out?

Ok I see the newbie delima of not being able to afford an attorney. Seriously though a fricken paralegal could explain this shit to to. Can not afford a paralegal, buy yourself a legal dictionary or subscribe to the one on the net. It is not hard to figure out.

Assuming the resolutions pass as they are, you are in the clear. However, your sponsor may have to record your URL as part of his/her/its records. This part not so well explained.

why consult a lawyer when my answer was pretty much answered right here? i already knew the answer after reading about 2257...it has to do with images and shit...so if the site is solely text-based then it most likely must be ok...so go fuck your lawyers you cranky muthafuckas...:glugglug

You should be fine, as long as you don't have any sex images on your page and the pages you link to appear with their own domain in the address bar of the browser, and you are not aware of any 2257 non-compliance of those pages you link to.
