Is there any webmaster who has a list of tgps who accept java, php or pop-ups?

LOL, I am sure they will all love you jerking the visitor off to the dark blue yonder. So whats the motive ? Only reason I would use php in a gallery is to redirect traffic from non english TGP's who leach from the big sites.
